Elevate Partners is working with a prominent Financial Services firm to hire a Permanent Executive Assistant to support a member of the senior leadership team. This is a key role for a highly organised, professional, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and is comfortable working with discretion and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated executive support to a C-level leader
  • Manage complex scheduling, inboxes, and international travel logistics
  • Prepare board packs, reports, and confidential correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and off-sites
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and support project follow-up
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment
  • Prior experience in Financial Services or a similar high-performance industry preferred
  • Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office and document management proficiency
  • Confident, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
