Corporate Finance Advisor

Our client, a specialist corporate finance advisory firm, is seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance Advisor to join their Dublin team. The firm advises SME clients across sectors on M&A, fundraising, and strategic transactions. This is a hands-on role offering direct exposure to business owners, investors, and deal execution in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support M&A transactions from origination to close
- Advise on equity and debt fundraising, prepare investor materials, and engage with capital providers
- Deliver strategic growth and corporate finance advice to SME clients
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Conduct market, competitor, and sector analysis
- Support business development through networking and pitch preparation
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) an advantage
- 3–5 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Understanding of the Irish SME and capital markets is desirable
