Senior Finance Systems Analyst

On behalf of rapidly growing ourganisation in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Senior Finance System Analyst.

This newly created, hybrid role will focus on optimising financial and commercial systems—particularly Microsoft Business Central—while acting as a key liaison between Finance, Commercial, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and enhance financial/commercial elements of Microsoft Business Central ERP
  
• Drive process improvements and implement system-driven solutions
  
• Lead system upgrades and integrations, including vendor management
  
• Ensure data integrity, develop custom reporting tools, and support month/year-end processes
  
• Train users and maintain system documentation
  
• Collaborate across departments to align systems with business needs
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
• Experience in ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
  
• Industry experience in construction, facilities mgmt or similar is advantageous but not essential
  
• Knowledge of accounting principles and project/financial reporting
  
• Proactive, organised, and effective communicator
