Senior Finance Manager – Real Estate

On behalf of an international property firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager.
The successful candidate will drive financial reporting, operational efficiency, and strategic process improvements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial management, reporting, and compliance for the residential portfolio.
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial reports and service charge accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, drive automation, and optimize financial workflows.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
About You:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with 5 years PQE.
  • Experience in real estate or property management finance is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical finance background with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and process improvement skills.
  • Knowledge of Yardi, Cube, MRI, Dynamics 365, or Salesforce is a plus.
