Reconciliations Senior Associate

Our client, a leading wealth management firm, are seeking a Reconciliations Senior Associate to join the Operational Oversight function in the Client Services division. As part of this job, you will have at least 2 years’ experience working in Financial Services in a Reconciliation/Operations position.

Key Responsibilities of the Reconciliations Senior Associate will include:
  • Prepare all Financial Instrument Reconciliations and Calculations (Stock) and ensure completion in a timely manner
  • Report any issues to the appropriate team that arise from the reconciliations and calculations.
  • Ensure appropriate operational processes and internal controls are in place and adhered to consistently
  • Ensure that all Client Services operational reconciliations are completed and received per agreed schedules/timelines.
  • Act as a point of contract with all internal / external auditors and regulators for client services
Key Requirements of the Reconciliations Senior Associate will include:
  • At least 2-4 years’ experience in the financial services sector in a similar role within Operations/Reconciliations
  • Strong Reconciliation and control background.
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • A record of providing excellent customer service with a strong focus on risk culture and framework.
