We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Investment Professional to join our dynamic team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investments, due diligence, deal sourcing, and fundraising. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth and success of an international real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure capital for new and existing real estate projects.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate investments, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support investment decisions.
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the Dublin real estate market.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with sellers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Structure and execute real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, including high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and pitch materials to potential investors.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing real estate investments.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of the portfolio.
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance for senior management and investors.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact real estate investments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACA) is a plus.
- 10+ years proven experience in real estate investments, with a focus on due diligence, deal sourcing, and fundraising.
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of real estate investment software and tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
