Temporary Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly capable and professional Temporary Administrative Assistant to join a small, high-performing financial services team in South Dublin. This is a key support role in a corporate environment, offering exposure to both day-to-day operations and strategic project work.
About the Role
You will be responsible for a range of administrative and office support tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
The role also presents the opportunity to support the President on ad hoc initiatives and project work — ideal for a candidate who demonstrates capability, discretion, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
General administration and office support
Managing correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes
Supporting internal reporting, data entry, and filing systems
Assisting on project-based work at executive level (as appropriate)
Acting as a professional point of contact internally and externally
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior administrative or office support role
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Discreet, reliable, and polished with a corporate demeanour
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
