Senior Investment Analyst

On behalf of our client, a reputable real estate developer, we are looking to hire a Senior Investment Analyst to join the Dublin team.
Responsibilities of the Senior Investment Analyst:
- Support early-stage business planning and development assessment of the private,commercial, rental, and affordable sector.
- Provide accurate financial modelling and scenario planning to enable effective decision making across the portfolio for review by the leadership team, including leading on affordable financial modelling.
- Maintenance and due diligence of internal portfolio/financial appraisals.
- Work collaboratively across teams including finance and commercial departments to ensure that financial modelling is complementary.
Requirements of the Senior Investment Analyst:
- 3-5 year’s experience in real estate/property finance/investment
- Experience with financial modelling and strong numerical skills.
- Good understanding of the Irish Real Estate market.
- Sound business or commercial judgement with strong presentation skills.
