Senior Bookkeeper

Our client is a growing Alternative Asset Management firm,
focused on investing in renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate. 

Due to continued expansion, our client is looking for an
experienced Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to support the financial management
of group entities in the daily operations. The role involves managing invoices,
processing payments, performing inter-company reconciliations, and month end
accounting. This role requires the candidate to work in the office 3 days a
week.

Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper
    documentation.

  • Process accounts payables and receivable transactions.
  • Manage invoices and payments for all group entities.
  • Oversee sales order management and client invoicing across
    multiple subsidiaries.

  • Assist in preparation of financial reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance administration, ideally
    in a multi-entity or international environment.

  • Desirable experience with Oracle NetSuite, Xero or similar
    ERP/accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong accounts
assistant / finance administration experience and looking for a role that offers
great hybrid working with 3 days in the office and flexible hours.
