Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead credit risk analysis for new and existing aviation lease transactions.
  
• Monitor distressed accounts, propose workout solutions, and manage credit watch processes.
  
• Conduct credit reviews and assign internal credit scores based on financial and operational performance.
  
• Maintain regular engagement with airline clients, including site visits and relationship management.
  
• Support deal origination and approval processes with detailed risk assessments.
  
• Perform market, country, and macroeconomic research to inform portfolio decisions.
  
• Contribute to internal reporting, portfolio concentration analysis, and ad-hoc credit projects.
  

The Role:

• 5+ years’ experience in aviation finance, leasing, or financial services.
  
• Degree in Economics, Accountancy, or related field; aviation qualifications a plus.
  
• Strong understanding of airline operations, ownership structures, and financial performance.
  
• Advanced skills in Excel and Word; fluent Mandarin is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  
• Motivated, flexible, and collaborative team player.
