
Residential Property Negotiator – Dublin

Elevate Partners are currently working with a
long-established and highly regarded chartered property firm to hire a Residential
Property Negotiator to join their Dublin-based team.
With a long history of advising clients across residential
sales, lettings, and property management, this role offers the opportunity to
join a professional, client-focused environment with strong earning potential
and clear progression.
The Role
This is a hands-on position suited to a motivated property
professional with experience across residential sales and lettings. You’ll
manage property transactions end-to-end — from initial instruction and
valuation through to negotiation and completion — while providing trusted
guidance to clients across a wide range of property types.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential sales and lettings from instruction
through completion. - Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers.
- Preparing sales and lease documentation.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
throughout the process. - Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with
PSRA regulations. - Supporting valuation, asset management, and rent review work
as required.
About You
- Proven experience in residential property sales and/or
lettings. - Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and negotiation
skills. - Knowledge of property valuations, rent reviews, and asset
management is an advantage. - PSRA licence essential.
- Membership of IPAV, SCSI, or RICS preferred.
- Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate,
or a related field. - Own transport required.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 DOE
- Commissions on sales and lettings.
- Annual departmental target bonus.
