Marketing Effectiveness Manager

We are working with a leading energy company at the forefront of Ireland’s transition to a net zero carbon future. As part of their continued investment in marketing performance, they are now seeking a Marketing Effectiveness Manager on a 12-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to shape how performance-driven marketing supports commercial growth across one of Ireland’s most impactful brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and report on a company-wide marketing scorecard with clear insights and recommendations to enhance marketing impact and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to assess media and creative strategies, and use econometric modelling to inform decisions and optimise return on investment.
  • Manage the group marketing budget, review spend recommendations, and oversee contracts, tenders, and procurement processes. Maintain strong relationships with key media and creative agencies.
  • Promote marketing excellence through training, performance reviews, and award submissions. Act as an internal advocate for effectiveness, creativity, and continuous improvement across campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior marketing or communications role, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, interpret analytics, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Previous experience managing people and working with media or creative agencies is essential.
