M&A – Manager & A. Director

Elevate Partners are currently hiring at both Manager and Associate Director level for a new to market fast, growing advisory firm focused on mid-market M&A services to clients across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidates will join an ambitious team with a strong pipeline and lead the execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates across various sectors.
- Originate, lead and manage M&A transactions end-to-end, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
- Support and drive deal origination and sector insight initiatives
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
7–10 years’ experience in M&A within a Big 4, boutique advisory, or an investment banking environment
Strong technical skills in valuation and financial modelling
Proven track record of deal execution and client delivery
Commercially minded with strong communication and leadership skills
ACA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
