Leasing Administrator

Our client, a leading Real Estate firm, are seeking a Residential Administrator on a permanent contract. In this job you will be dealing with leasing and property queries on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity to join a growing real estate firm in the Irish market.

Key Responsibilities of the Residential Administrator will include:
  • Create and maintain a robust process for tenant application approvals – ID verification, reference checks and any other pre-tenancy work
  • Process tenancy files from point of registration to move in
  • Manage any phone enquiries and facilitate appointments for the team
  • Liaise with tenants to facilitate access and troubleshoot any issues
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports to Executives
  • Coordinate utility transfers and RTB registrations

Key Requirements of the Residential Administrator will include: 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Real Estate experience an advantage) 
  • Strong organisation and communication ability 
  • Good customer service skills 
  • Knowledge of Yardi is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong Excel proficiency
