HR Executive

Our client, a strategic operations firm, are seeking a HR Executive to join the team on a permanent basis. The job reports to the Head of HR and you will support multiple divisions and management level staff with the primary duty to collect and manage all employee data, with some involvement in recruiting, hiring, and inducting new employees.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Executive include:
  • Support the HR administration function, generating contracts of employment, preparing employee addendum letters, general employee correspondence letters and more
  • Set up new employee records within specific time-scales for payroll as well as update leaver records in the business
  • Onboard new employees by carrying out audit exercises to ensure that employees have returned their signed contract of employment, starter forms and conducted induction procedures
  • Support the Recruitment function by conducting reference checks
  • Provide further HR support with ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements of the HR Executive include:
  • At least 3 years experience in a HR role with relevant qualifications (CIPD)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under time-pressure when required
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong communication ability
  • Ability to work under own initiative
