Head of FP&A/ Commercial Finance
26 May 2025On behalf of a leading property and construction firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager.
The succesful candidate will lead the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis efforts, responsible for delivering actionable insights that directly influence business decisions and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all FP&A activities, providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
- Own the budgeting and forecasting process, including development of the Group’s 1, 3 & 5-year plan.
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis, including profitability and cost modelling.
- Build and maintain complex financial models and dashboards.
- Partner with commercial teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and manage a a team of finance analysts, fostering high performance within the team.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant with a strong background in FP&A or commercial finance.
- Significant experience in a senior financial role, ideally within the construction, property, or infrastructure sectors (not essential).
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional projects and finance teams.
- Highly proficient in financial modelling and advanced Excel.
- Commercially focused, with the ability to distil complex financial data into clear insights.
