The Opportunity:
We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, commercially minded
graduates to join us as trainee recruiters. You don’t need prior recruitment
experience – just drive, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. This is a
unique opportunity to join an experienced team where full training and career

You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting both clients and
candidates, with the initial focus likely to be on our temporary and contract
desk. This will give you exposure to a fast-paced area of recruitment, while
building the core skills needed for long-term success across multiple markets.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Build
and manage relationships with clients and candidates - Identify,
attract, and engage top-tier professionals across financial services - Manage
the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing to offer - Support
business development by identifying new client opportunities - Use
leading recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal
CRM - Develop
expert knowledge of your market and become a go-to resource for clients
and candidates
What We’re Looking For:
- A
recent graduate (or someone with 0–2 years’ experience) from a business,
finance, HR, law, or communications background - Strong
interpersonal and communication skills - Proactive,
detail-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility - A
genuine interest in recruitment and financial services - Driven,
resilient, and motivated by learning and development
