Financial Controller

On behalf of a Private Equity fund in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Maximise potential of a high-performing accounting and reporting team who are responsible for multiple PE funds.
• Coordinate cash management, capital calls, and distributions in line with investment structures.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and private equity industry standards.
• Prepare and review capital call and distribution notices for LPs.

Qualifications:

• ACA/ ACCA qualified and hold a MSc or Bch Degree in Finance, Business or similar.
• Ideally Big 4/ Top 10 trained with c. 5+ years’ Post Qualified Experience in Industry.
• In-house finance experience in one of the following; Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Aircraft Leasing, or similar.
• Strong team leadership skills with an ability to maximise performance from wider finance team.
