Finance Business Partner – Real Estate

Our client is a Real Estate
company looking to grow their finance team due to natural year-on-year growth. Due
to this growth they are looking for a commercial-minded accountant to work closely
with the CCO to oversee a number of projects and provide financial insights.

The ideal candidate would have
1-3 years PQE within a finance analyst / FP&A / Finance Business Partner
role. Ideally, working across real estate/construction/infrastructure/renewables
would be an advantage as well as having strong experience manipulating data and
building dashboard.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly reviews and performance analysis of
  project financials to support strategic decision-making.
  
• Monitor project trends and cost variances,
  collaborating with commercial and finance teams to implement timely corrective
  measures.
  
• Review and assess Cost Value Reports prepared by
  the project’s commercial team to ensure budget accuracy and integrity.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain group-wide data
  analytics dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to enhance reporting and
  insight generation.
  

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• 1-3 years  PQE within Finance Analyst / FP&A /
  Finance Business Partner
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to
  interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• ​Excellent communication and interpersonal
  skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  

Our client prefers candidates to
be in the office but possibly can offer 4 days in the office & 1 day WFH.
