Company Secretarial Administrator

Our client, a top ten professional services firm, are seeking a Company Secretarial Administrator on a permanent contract. The role will involve providing high-level company secretarial administrative responsibilities for the wide range of clients for the firm. You will have an opportunity to join the firm in a period of growth and expand your skill-set in legal administration. 
 
Key Responsibilities of the Company Secretarial Admin will involve:
  • File and monitor the firm’s annual returns
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the wider team
  • Attend, prepare and take minutes for respective board meetings i.e. General & Board meetings
  • Support in the engagement of seeking Business Development opportunities 
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes and systems to enhance efficiency
 
Key Requirements of the Company Secretarial Admin will involve:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a company secretarial or relevant administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of Irish company law and CRO processes
  • Experience using company secretarial software and proficient MS Office ability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication ability and able to show own initiative
